The Football Skating World Cup 2027 is organized through a structured international event-governance and operational-delivery framework.
The event is governed by Federation International Football Skating - FIFS, strategically organized and operationally managed by IPTC Organization, and locally supported by an officially approved Host Partner in the Host Country.
This structure is intended to ensure clear authority, professional delivery, international coordination, commercial control and effective local implementation.

The Organizing President provides the highest level of event leadership, strategic direction and international representation for the World Cup.
The Organizing President oversees the overall event framework and ensures that the organization and delivery of the World Cup remain aligned with:
Major strategic, institutional and event-level decisions shall be coordinated through the official event leadership framework.
FIFS is the international governing body and official rights holder of the Football Skating World Cup. FIFS retains authority over the international, sporting, technical and institutional aspects of the event.
Its principal responsibilities include:
FIFS remains the final international authority for all matters related to the official status, technical integrity and sporting legitimacy of the World Cup.
IPTC Organization serves as the Strategic Organizer, Main Organizer and principal operational-delivery organization of the Football Skating World Cup 2027.
IPTC is responsible for the overall organization, coordination, commercial management and operational delivery of the event under the approved framework and supervision of FIFS.
IPTC acts as the principal management organization connecting the international, domestic, commercial, operational and event-production components of the World Cup.
The principal commercial activities connected with the World Cup shall be managed through IPTC Organization under its approved agreement and within the FIFS framework.
No person, company or organization may sell World Cup rights, sign contracts, collect sponsorship funds, promise exclusivity or represent the event commercially without written authorization.
All commercial rights remain subject to the relevant agreement, FIFS authority, IPTC management and applicable law.
IPTC Organization may appoint or contract with qualified companies, individuals, consultants, managers and service providers for the delivery of specific World Cup functions.
Any appointment must be made through a written authorization, appointment or contract. Appointed parties operate under the authority and supervision of IPTC and do not acquire ownership of the event, FIFS rights or World Cup intellectual property.
The World Cup may be supported in the Host Country by an officially approved Host Partner.
A proposed Host Partner may act in an official capacity only after:
Before completion of this process, no person or organization may publicly present itself as the official Host Partner of the Football Skating World Cup.
Following final approval and licensing, the Host Partner may be officially announced internationally by FIFS and IPTC Organization.
Depending on the final agreement, level of support and scope of responsibility, the Host Partner may be designated as:
Any exclusive or sole-partner status must be expressly granted in the final written agreement. Exclusive status does not arise automatically through negotiations, support, sponsorship introductions or preliminary cooperation.
The Host Partner is principally responsible for the local coordination and implementation required to deliver the event in the Host Country.
The detailed responsibilities, financial obligations, deliverables and authority of the Host Partner shall be defined in the final written agreement.

Where government approvals, permits or institutional support are required, the Host Partner shall coordinate with the relevant authorities in the Host Country.
The Host Partner must provide evidence of required approvals and permits where requested.
The Host Partner shall support the identification, preparation and delivery of suitable venues and local event infrastructure.
All venues remain subject to the required FIFS and IPTC inspection and approval.
The Host Partner may support the acquisition of:
All sponsorship proposals, commercial rights, financial commitments, exclusivity rights and final agreements must be coordinated through IPTC Organization and approved through the official event structure.
The Host Partner may not independently sell or grant World Cup rights outside its written authority.
Once the Host Partner has completed the required approval, licensing and contractual process, FIFS and IPTC may issue an official international announcement.
The Host Partner may then be included in official FIFS communications, the World Cup website, press releases, social-media announcements, sponsorship materials, event presentations, official publications, media briefings and international federation communications.
A prospective Host Partner does not receive any official authority merely by:
Official authority exists only after written approval and completion of the applicable agreement and licence process.
The appointment of a Host Partner, Exclusive Host Partner, contractor or service provider does not transfer:
Any rights granted are limited to the scope, territory, duration and event expressly stated in the relevant written agreement.
FIFS
International governance, federation relations, official invitations, refereeing, rules and technical authority.
Strategic organization, main event management, commercial management, contracting, operational delivery and coordination of all event components.
Highest event leadership, strategic direction and supervision of the complete World Cup structure.
Local government coordination, permits, venue, local sponsorship, infrastructure and Host Country delivery.
Specialized delivery of approved operational, technical, media, commercial and logistical services.
All appointed companies, partners, consultants, managers and contractors shall report through the approved event structure.
Operational and commercial reporting shall be coordinated through IPTC Organization.
Technical and sporting reporting shall be coordinated through FIFS and its authorized committees.
The Host Partner shall coordinate local delivery with IPTC and shall not bypass the approved event-management structure.

All event-delivery activities shall be subject to:
Where a partner, contractor or service provider fails to meet the required standards, its appointment may be corrected, restricted, suspended or terminated.
Strategic, technical, commercial and operational decisions shall be made through the approved authority structure.
No partner or contractor may make a major event decision outside its delegated authority.
Final decisions concerning international recognition, technical standards and competition legitimacy remain with FIFS.
Final operational and commercial implementation shall be coordinated through IPTC Organization under the approved event framework.
The official Host Partner for the Football Skating World Cup 2027 will be announced after completion of the required approval, licence and contractual process.
Until the official announcement is published by FIFS and IPTC Organization, no company, person or institution shall be recognized publicly as the confirmed Host Partner.
