Organizing a World Cup of Historic Scale

Football Skating World Cup 2027 is being developed as the largest and most ambitious event ever organized for the sport.

A World Cup of this scale requires clear international authority, experienced leadership, specialized departments, disciplined coordination, and a highly professional international and local workforce.

The World Cup Organization 2027 structure brings together Federation International Football Skating (FIFS), IPTC Organization, the selected host country and host organization, international experts, national representatives, technical officials, and local operational teams within one unified framework.

The final host country, host city, and official host organization will be announced soon following completion of the formal evaluation and approval process.

International Organizational Authority

The World Cup will be conducted under the international authority of Federation International Football Skating (FIFS).

FIFS will retain responsibility for the official identity of the World Cup, international recognition, competition authority, technical governance, Laws of the Game, eligibility standards, appointments of international officials, and the overall institutional direction of the event.

All departments, committees, senior positions, and official appointments will operate under the authority of FIFS and the leadership of the President of the World Cup organization.

President and Head of World Cup Organization

Dr. Mehdi Salman Pour, President of Federation International Football Skating, will serve as President of the World Cup, Organizing President & Head of Event Organization.

Dr. Salman Pour also led the historic World Cup held in Trabzon, Türkiye, in 2024, which became the largest Football Skating event organized from the sport's documented origins in 1882 up to that time.

His leadership of the 2027 organization provides continuity between the proven experience of 2024 and the substantially larger international vision planned for 2027.

The Organizing President will provide strategic direction, approve the senior organizational structure, oversee the relationship between the international and host-country bodies, and ensure delivery in accordance with FIFS standards and long-term vision.

IPTC Organization

IPTC Organization - International Professional Training Certification - will serve as the Main Organizer and Strategic Event Delivery Partner of FIFS for Football Skating World Cup 2027.

IPTC will coordinate international planning, event preparation, education programs, operational systems, delegation support, workforce development, event documentation, ceremony planning, exhibition coordination, media operations, and the wider delivery structure of the World Cup.

IPTC was the principal organizing body behind the historic Trabzon 2024 World Cup and brings direct experience in international event organization, education, certification, technical coordination, and federation support.

For 2027, IPTC will work under the authority of FIFS and the leadership of the Organizing President while coordinating closely with the selected host country and local executive organization.

Official Host Country and Host Organization

The Official Host Country, Host City, and Host Organization will be announced soon.

Following official selection, the host organization will enter the World Cup structure as the Local Host & Executive Partner.

The host structure will coordinate approved local implementation in cooperation with FIFS, IPTC, the Organizing President, government institutions, venue authorities, and designated local departments.

Its contribution is expected to include venue readiness, local permits, accommodation coordination, transportation, security, medical services, airport reception, volunteer support, protocol, government liaison, local media coordination, ceremonies, and host-city operations.

The Executive Leadership Committee will connect the international governing authority, organizing leadership, IPTC, the host organization, and principal event directors.

It will maintain alignment with the World Cup vision, coordinate departments, review readiness, resolve cross-department issues, support host-country coordination, monitor deadlines, and prepare major matters for formal approval.

Local Organizing Committee

Following selection of the host, a Local Organizing Committee will be established within the official World Cup structure.

It will bring together approved local leaders, host representatives, venue officials, government liaisons, operational specialists, and designated service teams.
