Federation International Football Skating (FIFS) is structured as an international governing body designed to support the professional development, regulation, expansion, and long-term sustainability of Football Skating at world level.

Its organizational model is built to provide clear leadership, technical direction, operational delivery, continental coordination, disciplinary oversight, educational development, and institutional growth across the federation’s international framework.

FIFS follows a structured governance approach that supports both strategic decision-making and practical international development, while allowing the federation to grow in a flexible, modern, and globally adaptable way.

International Leadership Structure

The international leadership structure of FIFS is led by the President, supported by a federation-wide executive and administrative framework designed to guide the sport’s global direction.

This structure includes:

• Vice President for RollerSoccer
• Vice President for Ice Football Skating
• Vice President for Freestyle Football Skating
• Secretary General
• Deputy Secretary General
• Joint Secretary

Together, these positions support the strategic, technical, diplomatic, and administrative leadership of the federation while helping ensure that Football Skating and its official disciplines continue to grow under a unified world structure.

Executive and Management Bodies

FIFS operates through a combination of executive leadership and management bodies that help guide policy, technical direction, administration, operational coordination, and federation growth.

The federation’s structure is designed to separate strategic leadership from technical management and specialized committee work, allowing each area of responsibility to function more effectively within the wider international system.

Continental and International Development Structure

FIFS supports the growth of Football Skating through an international development structure that extends beyond the central federation body.

This includes continental representation, international development coordination, and structured pathways that support the expansion of the sport through federations, clubs, schools, educational institutions, and future regional or continental structures.

The federation’s long-term goal is to strengthen Football Skating in every possible part of the world while ensuring that development remains coordinated, professional, and aligned with the official direction of FIFS.

To support its international work, FIFS develops its governance through official committees and specialized bodies that focus on key areas of technical, operational, developmental, disciplinary, and institutional importance.

The Congress also plays an important role in elections, appointments, approvals, reports, and the wider institutional direction of Football Skating at world level.

This role is intended for a highly respected supporter, benefactor, or senior public figure who wishes to support the federation’s long-term international mission. It is not designed as an executive governance role, but as a high-level honorary and strategic support position aligned with the federation’s prestige and future development.
