All media rights and access remain subject to a written agreement.
Product and Service Suppliers
Organizations may support the event as Official Suppliers in areas such as flights, hotels, ground transportation, catering, event production, LED and scoreboard systems, court construction, walls and protective netting, sports flooring, equipment, uniforms, medals and trophies, medical services, security, technology, ticketing, printing, accreditation, communications, furniture and exhibition construction.
Supplier status does not automatically provide sponsorship rights unless included in the agreement.
Sponsorship Rights and Approval
All sponsorship, exhibition, hospitality, branding and activation rights must be confirmed through an official written agreement.

Any appointed party must operate within a written mandate and does not acquire ownership of FIFS, World Cup or IPTC rights.
No partner may subcontract, sign contracts, collect funds or represent the event beyond the authority expressly granted in writing.
Local and International Market Opportunities
The World Cup platform may support partners seeking local market recognition, GCC and Middle East visibility, regional expansion, international brand positioning, government engagement, youth and family audiences, sports-industry access, tourism promotion, cultural diplomacy, business networking, product launch, corporate social responsibility and educational or development impact.
Partnership Proposal and Review Process
Organizations interested in participating may be asked to provide their legal name, country of registration, business activity, contact person, proposed partnership category, target market, preferred event component, requested rights and visibility, proposed budget or value, required exclusivity, exhibition or hospitality requirements, media objectives and company profile.
Following review, IPTC may provide a standard sponsorship package, customized proposal, exhibition options, hospitality options, draft term sheet, commercial meeting or formal agreement.
Submission of interest does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity or availability.
Approval Criteria
Partnerships may be evaluated according to brand reputation, legal compliance, strategic compatibility, relevance, financial and operational capacity, international potential, conflicts with existing partners, ethical standards, contribution to the event and value to athletes, spectators and international development.
FIFS and IPTC may decline any proposal inconsistent with the identity, integrity or interests of the event.
Restricted Categories
Partnerships or promotions that conflict with law, athlete safety, Junior protection, event integrity or FIFS ethical standards may be refused.
Additional restrictions may apply to age-restricted products, betting and gambling, tobacco and nicotine, illegal substances, weapons, discriminatory or extremist content, unauthorized political campaigning, misleading financial products and products unsuitable for Junior audiences.
Final category approval remains subject to the laws of the Host Country and the event's ethical and commercial policies.
