They are issued directly by Federation International Football Skating, and where official documentation, licensing or certification is involved, prepared and issued through IPTC — International Professional Training Certification — under FIFS authority.
Because these forms carry personal, passport, medical and institutional data, they are not published as editable files on a public page.
