For this reason, FIFS - with the important operational support of IPTC - International Professional Training Certification - has worked to build an international coaching structure that supports education, certification, technical standards, and long-term professional development across different countries and continents.

Since 2014, coaches from different regions of the world have participated in the wider FIFS-IPTC education system through both in-person seminars and online international coaching programs, helping to create a stronger and more organized technical base for the sport.
