How refunds work for FIFS-related purchases. FIFS does not accept payments through this website.

Payments on This Website
Federation International Football Skating (FIFS) does not accept payments through this website. There is no online checkout on footballskating.com. This website does not sell products, process card payments, run subscriptions or hold customer balances.
Shop Purchases and the IPTC Shop
The Shop section presents official Football Skating product categories (Official Ball, Jersey, Book, Skates and Equipment). When you follow a purchase link from the Shop, you leave this website and complete your purchase on the official IPTC Shop.
For any product purchased on the IPTC Shop, IPTC is the merchant of record. IPTC's own terms of sale, delivery terms, cancellation rules and refund terms govern the transaction. Requests for cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds for Shop purchases must be directed to the IPTC Shop under those terms — FIFS cannot refund a transaction that FIFS did not process.
Enquiries About Membership, Events, Programmes and Sponsorship
Membership, affiliation, licensing, event participation, hosting, education and sponsorship discussions may be handled directly by FIFS or by its designated operational partner IPTC. Where such arrangements involve a fee, contribution or payment, the applicable terms — including any cancellation, withdrawal or refund conditions — are set out in the specific written agreement, invoice, official invitation or programme documentation issued for that activity. This website does not itself take those payments.
FIFS does not publish a generic "always applicable" refund period on this website because such a period would not correctly describe every different agreement and every different merchant that may be involved.
Wrong Recipient or Payment-Routing Questions
If you believe you have made a payment that was intended for FIFS or IPTC but you are not sure who received it, or you are unsure which entity to contact about a refund, please contact FIFS using the official Contact form and we will point you to the correct department or partner.
No Refund Claims Against FIFS for Third-Party Transactions
Because FIFS is not the merchant for purchases completed on the IPTC Shop or by any other third-party seller, refund claims for those transactions cannot be settled by FIFS. This Refund Policy does not create any refund obligation on FIFS for a transaction FIFS did not process, and it does not override the applicable terms of the actual seller.

FIFS may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the policy was last updated.
