On 15 May 2020, Arash Salmanpour the FIFS’ President appointed Mr. Kokoulin Andrey the President of the Football Skating Federation of Russia (FSFR), as the President of the European Football Skating Federation, and the Vice President of the Federation International Football Skating FIFS.
In the official appointment letter, the FIFS’ President mentioned: being aware of your experience, knowledge, and skills, we are sure that you will prove to be a valuable asset for the Federation International Football Skating FIFS.
Your international skills especially will make it easier for you to develop Football Skating in Europe, and all over the world.
Andrey Kokoulin has various titles, and positions in different major world federations such as :
- President of all Russian Dance Organization
- President of Russian Cheer & Cheerleading Union
- Vice President of the International Dance Organization
- Board Member of the European Cheer Union
- Vice President of the International Rope Skipping Organization
- President of the Football Skating Federation of Russia and many other responsibilities.
FIFS’ President added, Mr. Kokoulin will be a strong hand for me and the FIFS’ Executive board, to develop Football Skating worldwide with the right strategy under the IOC, SportAccord, and GAISF standard rules.
