President’s Message
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On behalf of the Federation International Football Skating (FIFS), I extend my warmest greetings and best wishes for your health and well-being.
It is an immense honor to serve as the President of FIFS. With your unwavering support, I am committed to expanding the sport of Football Skating on a global scale. Our goals are ambitious: to establish regular world competitions and to achieve recognition of Football Skating as an official sport worldwide.
Football Skating, also known by various names such as Roller Soccer, Futins, Roller Foot, and Skate Ball, has a rich history dating back to 1882 in London. Today, my colleagues and I are dedicated to the growth and formalization of this sport. Our focus includes the registration of National Federations and Clubs, and the organization of diverse competitive programs such as:
• Football Skating Senior World Cup
• Football Skating Junior World Cup
• Ice Football Skating World Cup
• Freestyle Football Skating Championships
• Schools/Universities Football Skating World Cup
• Para Football Skating World Cup
In 2024, we are excited to host both the Senior and Junior World Cups in Turkey. Following this, the United Arab Emirates will be the proud host of the next World Cup in 2025.
We are also thrilled to announce that new balls and Football Skating equipment will be available by the end of 2024. Additionally, the publication of new books on Football Skating is a top priority, as we aim to enrich the knowledge and passion for this sport.
As President, my primary focus is to ensure that our Continental and Regional Federations are led by professional leaders and dedicated committee members. Together, FIFS and its Continental Federations will work hand in hand to elevate Football Skating to one of the major sports globally, with the ultimate vision of seeing it included in the Olympic Games.

FederationIn International Football Skating (FIFS)
With the Partnership of International Professional Training Certification- IPTC, FIFS start huge development in various parts of the world. thousands of football skating official referees and instructors were trained and certified globally. the main goal of this collaboration is Football Skating development worldwide, professional and academic training for different age and gender categories.
The communication between Federation International Football Skating and Italy for hosting the 2022 15th Football Skating World Cup has been started. Italy will be the host of many international events in 2022. We are excited and looking forward to organizing the most memorable competition and anticipate the participation of 30-40 countries in this event. Special thanks to our local and international organization committees, officials, referees, volunteers, who will support the FSWC 2020.
In 2017 and with the support of the Eskisehir government, IPTC organized the 1st FIFS congress in Eskisehir, Turkey. 38 countries including USA, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Cameron, Guinea, United Kingdom, Oman, Spain, Russia, Pakistan, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Uganda, Kazakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Kuwait, etc. were represented in this Congress. Sincere thanks to Mr. Yilmaz Buyukersen, Mayor of the Eskisehir, Mr. Kazim Kurt, Mayor of Odunpazari Municipality, and Mr. Ahmet Atac, Mayor of Tepebasi Municipality, and Eskisehir Ministry of youth and sports for their full support of both FIFS Extraordinary Congress 2017 and IPTC/FIFS Football Skating Certification Seminar.
The Federation’s goal is to establish 25 more recognized Football Skating Federations/Associations by the end of 2022 and increase this number to 45 by the end of 2023. also, we will be approved 50 more registered and recognized Football Skating clubs in 2022.
Unfortunately, since 2019, according to the Covid-19, all the FIFS Congresses and events got canceled but now I would like to inform you that we can organize the next FIFS Congress in Italy during the FSWC 2022.
During the FIFS Congress 2022, the new Board Members for Football Skating Asia, Africa, Europe, America, and Oceania Confederations will be elected or appointed by FIFS Congress.
Once again, thank you very much for your continued trust and confidence in me and the Federation’s mission. We all together will make Football Skating one of the most popular sports which will be enjoyed by males and females of all ages globally.
